Cancellation Policy

At Gupta Vastra Bhandar, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, subject to the status of your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

In such cases, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Any applicable return or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, no advance payment is generally required. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact us before dispatch.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept COD shipments may affect the availability of COD for future orders.

Cancellation by Gupta Vastra Bhandar

In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel an order due to reasons including:

• Product being unavailable

• Pricing or inventory errors

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Delivery restrictions

• Suspected fraudulent or unusual activity

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
